We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Integration Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of vehicle projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and components.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to communicate performance status and discuss issue resolution
- Conduct hands-on vehicle activities such as testing, inspection, and interrogation
- Benchmark internal fleet or competitive sets to optimize vehicle performance
- Collaborate with shops to manage vehicle updates and track performance progress
- Present updates to senior leadership at regular meetings
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of relevant automotive product development experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Excellent communication skills with all levels, with the ability to simplify technical issues into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Ability to work in a team, build good working relationships, and gain consensus
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and prioritize workload
- Valid driver's license
