Job Summary

Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join their team at Paramount Power Systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine generator maintenance and minor repairs, as well as assisting more senior technicians with complex generator services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine generator maintenance and minor repairs, including setup and tear down of equipment, visual inspections, and completion of service work order forms.
  • Assist senior technicians with complex generator services, including shop and on-site work.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, both in-house and on client sites.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Technical Advisor.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education an asset.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong electrical/mechanical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong spatial awareness.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads.
