Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Connecting Dots - Clairmont. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring the successful implementation of our organizational policies and programs.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to achieve our goals and objectives, including human, financial, and material resources.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation: Represent our organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  • Staff Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management role is required.
