Nous recherchons un Conseiller(ère) en Performance financière pour rejoindre notre équipe financière à Exo – Réseau de transport métropolitain.
Responsabilités- Agir en tant que personne référence auprès des directions exécutives pour tous les aspects budgétaires et le suivi des coûts d'exploitation (OPEX) ;
- Élaborer, mettre en application et coordonner les différents processus budgétaires mensuels et annuels des directions exécutives (budgets, suivis budgétaires, prévisions) en fonction des instructions budgétaires communiquées par la direction exécutive Finances, trésorerie et immobilier (FTI) ;
- Présenter périodiquement aux Directeurs exécutifs des états de situation sur les résultats financiers découlant des différents processus budgétaires, ainsi que toutes situations problématiques rencontrées, risques et autres points de suivis ;
- Mettre en place et maintenir des mécanismes d'échange d'informations entre l'équipe d'Analyse - Performance financière et les responsables de budgets des directions exécutives pour la préparation des résultats des différents processus budgétaires ;
- Conjointement avec son supérieur immédiat, soutenir et former l'équipe d'Analyste - Performance financière dans l'atteinte des résultats ;
- Développer des outils financiers supportant efficacement les processus budgétaires, complémentaire aux données et rapports produits provenant du système SAP ;
- Analyser les écarts budgétaires et produire les analyses d'impacts sur les activités afin de proposer des recommandations aux responsables de budgets et aux Directeurs exécutifs ;
- Produire les indicateurs de suivi budgétaire pour les différents centres de coûts et collaborer au processus de production des différents tableaux de bord ;
- Réaliser différentes analyses financières au besoin pour le compte des directions exécutives.
- Baccalauréat en administration, option comptabilité ou dans une discipline pertinente ;
- Minimum de quinze (15) années d'expérience pertinente dans le cycle budgétaire complet ;
- Posséder une connaissance démontrée des processus liés aux finances ainsi que les meilleures pratiques ;
- Démontrer de solides compétences en conseil, en résolution de problèmes et en facilitation ;
- Avoir une connaissance des outils d'intelligence d'affaires et de reddition (ex : Power BI) ;
- Démontrer une bonne capacité à travailler sous pression tout en sachant gérer les priorités ;
- Démontrer de fortes aptitudes pour la collaboration et pour le travail d'équipe ;
- Détenir un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Faire preuve d'autonomie et d'initiative ;
- Maîtriser la langue française à l'oral et à l'écrit.
