Position Overview

Hexagon Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Carpentry Apprentice to join our skilled workforce. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the construction industry.

Qualifications
  • Education: Must possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset but not mandatory.
  • Alternative Qualifications: Equivalent experience may be accepted.
Work Environment
  • Industry: Construction
  • Locations: Various job sites
  • Types of Projects: Renovation, Commercial, and Residential
Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials including wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, and other components.
Training Opportunities
  • Participate in pre-apprenticeship training.
  • Complete levels one through four of apprenticeship training.
Equipment and Tools
  • Experience with hand tools is required.
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have personal transportation.
Personal Equipment
  • Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory.
  • A hard hat is required for safety compliance.
