Role Overview:
As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will act as a vital technical resource within the Maintenance division, playing a key role in enhancing processes, procedures, and technical specifications within the Electrical and Instrumentation (E/I) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain job plans, ensuring accurate information is reflected in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Provide training and support to Electrical and Instrumentation personnel.
- Conduct ongoing safety training for yourself and team members, including Electrical and Instrumentation staff, to foster a culture of safety awareness and compliance with protocols.
- Inspect and maintain electrical tools and instrumentation equipment to guarantee their safety and operational efficiency, while also providing training on their proper use.
- Assist in the development and execution of arc flash safety initiatives, including equipment labeling and establishing safe work zones to mitigate arc flash risks.
- Perform weekly safety observations in the field.

Asset Management:
- Maintain and update asset information within the CMMS, ensuring accurate details regarding asset hierarchy, OEM specifications, parts lists, changes, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure that equipment files for Electrical and Instrumentation are current and reflect the latest data.

Job Plan Management:
- Ensure consistent and accurate information in job plans and the job plan library for both preventive maintenance and corrective repairs, adhering to a standardized format.

Training and Development:
- Provide training to Electrical and Instrumentation personnel, focusing on critical areas such as PLC Programming, E3 Relays, and other relevant skills to enhance team capabilities.

Collaboration:
- Serve as a resource for Planners and the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent, offering guidance and expertise on maintenance matters.

Compliance:
- Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation systems associated with pressure equipment comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Turnaround Maintenance Coordination:
- Coordinate and supervise Turnaround Maintenance activities during annual shutdowns to ensure efficient and safe execution of electrical and instrumentation tasks.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team during maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of Planning and Scheduling best practices.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC Programming, E3 Relays, and other relevant technologies.

Education and Experience:
- College or University diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Instrumentation trade certification, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
