- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions.
- Provide and assist with personal care to residents as required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices.
- Assess resident health status, including recognizing deviations from mental health baseline.
Requirements
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN.
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification.
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Effective communication skills in English.
