In the position of Corporate Account Executive, you will engage with commercial clients, fostering professional relationships with both new and existing clients and insurers while managing a diverse portfolio. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and organizing client files, spearheading marketing initiatives, and assessing and pricing the risks associated with insurance coverage.
Daily Responsibilities -
- Deliver outstanding client service as the primary point of contact.
- Address client inquiries directly or through collaboration with senior team members, gathering necessary information and liaising with insurance providers to secure coverage.
- Participate in structured account evaluations, contributing to account expansion and ensuring value-added services for clients.
- Prepare submissions using Policy Works and EPIC systems.
- Draft proposals, cover letters, client communications, certificates, and invoices in accordance with agency protocols.
- Support Account Teams with various administrative tasks.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks, including company correspondence and client follow-ups.
- Ensure the accuracy of electronic records maintained in EPIC, Policy Works, and physical files, adhering to agency standards.
- Oversee the marketing of accounts, including new business, renewals, and midterm adjustments.
- Gather client data, create comprehensive submissions for presentation, negotiate competitive rates and coverage options with underwriters, and facilitate coverage binding.
- Mentor and provide guidance to new Insurance Advisors within the team.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
What You Bring to Our Team -

- Up to ten years of experience in commercial insurance advisory roles.
- Possession of a Level 2 insurance license.

- Experience in commercial bonding is essential.
- Familiarity with marketing and client engagement within a portfolio.
- Confidence to operate autonomously.
- Exceptional client service, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation Overview –
This role offers a variable compensation structure, including a base salary complemented by commission. The anticipated base salary ranges from $65,000.00 to $70,000.00, with commissions awarded based on sales performance. Total compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and specific business line responsibilities.
