Position Overview

As a Childcare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include various tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This position is primarily based in the employer's home, where you will engage with children in a familiar setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens as needed.
  • Provide care for infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy atmosphere for children at all times.
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings to promote social interaction.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to the children's dietary needs.
  • Assist children in preparing for rest periods to ensure adequate sleep.
  • Supervise and provide attentive care for children, addressing their emotional needs.
  • Support children with their homework and educational activities.
Target Audience

You will be responsible for supervising and caring for a multi-aged group of children, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve repetitive tasks, and the ability to engage actively with children is essential.
