Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Kitchen Facilities: Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained to meet health and safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Oversee the work of kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
