Job Title: Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at The Bucket Shop Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Construct foundations for new machinery and equipment installations
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts as needed
  • Fabricate parts required for maintenance, overhaul, or setup
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repair projects
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machinery and equipment
  • Install and operate hoisting and lifting equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for machinery and equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
