  • Operate machinery and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble truss components.
  • Inspect and test trusses for quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Experience in assembly line, framing and shingling, and truss manufacturing and building.
  • Own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical capabilities include bending, crouching, kneeling, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
