Key Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze medical information from patients and other medical professionals• Conduct thorough examinations to identify diseases and injuries• Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient health and wellness• Order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment• Collaborate with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments• Conduct medical research on human disorders and illnesses
Requirements
• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
