Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement training programs to improve athlete performance
* Provide coaching and guidance to athletes to help them achieve their goals
* Evaluate athlete performance and provide feedback

* Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in coaching or a related field
* Strong knowledge of coaching principles and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
