- Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions.
- Staff Management: Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates.
- Recruitment Strategy: Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administrative Control: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
