Job Summary

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled QE Automation Testing Lead to provide technical vision and leadership for applications and projects, focusing on functional testing and increasing test automation footprint. The successful candidate will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate, and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for large-scale projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Design and develop reusable test automation scripts, integrating them with DevOps pipelines and applying CI/CD principles.
  • Ensure automated test scripts are up-to-date, well-documented, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives, monitoring and controlling activities according to plan.
  • Identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks, analyzing, mitigating, and escalating as necessary.
  • Maximize automation testing for all project deliverables, setting up automated suites on DevOps pipelines.
  • Develop and execute automated tests, generating reports from qTest and JIRA.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading, developing, and implementing functional test strategies with change management experience in complex programs.
  • Experience in Python programming with SQL to automate applications and integrate with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins, Teradata, and qTest.
  • Experience in API Testing via RESTFUL API with understanding of response code management.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with qTest and JIRA, including publishing automated reports using APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse concepts, with working knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
  • Experience with use of VB Macro.
  • Knowledge of OpenShift container platform, Docker, AWS, and Rundeck.
