Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors Inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including automobiles, vans, and light trucks, to transport goods and products to various locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare, package, and restock goods, as well as load and unload merchandise from vehicles.
  • Trip Planning and Execution: Utilize maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments for goods and services, as well as manage cash and credit transactions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 32-hour workweek, with a permanent work term.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
