Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team. As an Occupational Therapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in their homes and communities
- Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Work with patients to set and achieve time-specific, measurable goals and outcomes
- Provide guidance and supervision to Community Support Workers in the field
- Participate in interdisciplinary care teams and contribute to a supportive and dedicated Safety, Health, and Wellness team
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook
- Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- French language skills are an asset
