Position Overview: The PAA (Parts, Accessories, and Apparel) Logistics Project Manager will take charge of driving strategic initiatives and ongoing enhancements in the evolution of BRP's global PAA distribution operations. This role necessitates collaboration with leadership to ensure operational excellence and superior service delivery to clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth strategy for PAA and enhance customer value propositions.
  • Engage with third-party logistics providers and service partners to facilitate improved solution deployment.
  • Oversee project financials and execute cost-reduction strategies.
  • Build a network of external collaborators to introduce innovative concepts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead workshops aimed at identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable plans.
  • Improve customer service aligned with brand identity and market dynamics.
  • Modify PAA operational practices to leverage new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in supply chain project management within comparable sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in distribution center optimization projects.
  • Proficient in leading supply chain enhancement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Capability to translate strategic objectives into operational success and profitability.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Dedicated leader with a focus on talent development and change management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
