Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Specialist, Execution and Merchandising to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of merchandising plans, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate new merchandise into the team's inventory
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members
  • Ensure the proper functioning of technological tools for merchandisers (iPads/Odotracks)
  • Present a weekly execution report to the Field Sales and Execution Manager
  • Monitor and track team execution objectives (Chatter) with the support of the Field Sales and Execution Manager
  • Manage inventory and track merchandise
  • Perform other execution tasks as needed:
    • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively for customers and meets sales plans
    • Arrange products according to planograms
    • Restock shelves with delivered products and maintain a good rotation of products
    • Place promotional signage to create a visually appealing impact
    • Build strong business relationships with key contacts by providing excellent customer service

Working Hours

Monday to Friday. The successful candidate may be required to work on Saturdays occasionally (dependent on business needs/territory requirements).

Education/Experience/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education (asset)
  • Knowledge of the food industry's marketing sector
  • Natural leadership abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
  • Good physical ability to move products and merchandise (18lbs and over)
