About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE CORP. as a key member of our digital design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their website requirements and develop comprehensive documentation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Design and Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, and develop the necessary code to bring them to life.
  • Content Creation: Develop and optimize high-quality content for websites using a range of graphics, databases, animation, and other software tools.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and launch websites that meet client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks to ensure websites meet the highest standards of security and performance.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Java, CSS, and website creation and management software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail.
