We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Regis Canada. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our salon team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in all hair care services.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage salon operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong technical skills and ability to perform administrative tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Availability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions.
