## Job Title: Occupational Therapist

## Job Summary:

Rehab First Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients who have a variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing client treatment in various settings.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct general and specialized assessments to identify client needs and abilities
* Develop and implement treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
* Provide client treatment in clinic, community, home, or workplace settings
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
* Prepare and submit case notes and reports as required

## Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO
* Valid CPR certificate
* Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
* Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months
