Job Title: Shunt Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Shunt Truck Driver to join our team at Sandhar Trucking Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a shunt truck to transport goods and materials within our facility. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely operate a shunt truck to transport goods and materials within our facility.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.
  • Logistics: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Certifications: Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Experience: Will train.
