Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively;
  • Execute sample analyses in accordance with laboratory protocols;
  • Analyze results to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Prepare various solutions for laboratory testing;
  • Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment as necessary;
  • Manage sample containers and laboratory waste;
  • Undertake additional related duties as required in the lab.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate degree in analytical chemistry or a related discipline;
  • Familiarity with industrial laboratory analysis techniques is advantageous;
  • Experience operating analytical chemistry instruments;
  • Basic computer skills are necessary;
  • Compliance with personal protective equipment requirements;
  • Good physical fitness (capable of lifting up to 25 lbs);
  • Team-oriented mindset;
  • Responsible and coordinated approach to work;
  • Strong judgment and communication abilities;
  • Methodical and organized thought process;
  • Consistent attendance record.
