We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
- Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
- Free parking available
