We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our financial transactions effectively. The successful candidate will take charge of preparing, recording, verifying, analyzing, and reporting all accounts receivable activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and Verification: Responsible for preparing, recording, and verifying accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Timely Payments: Ensure prompt payment of vendor invoices and the collection of customer payments.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, along with generating financial statements and reports.
  • Fraud Detection: Conduct thorough analyses and reconciliations of billing runs to identify any discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
  • Transaction Verification: Ensure compliance with established transaction entry verification procedures.
  • Customer Interaction: May handle low-volume customer billing inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Supervision: Work under moderate supervision while adhering to established procedures.

Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
