Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Flats Eatery + Drink. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware
  • Serve food and snacks to customers
  • Offer wine and drink recommendations to patrons
  • Process payments and manage cash, credit, and debit transactions
  • Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products
  • Order and manage bar stock
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff and patrons
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Client-focused and organized
  • Will train
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
