We are seeking a permanent full-time Health Care Worker to join our Mental Health and Substance Use Intensive Case Management team at the Penticton Health Centre.

What will you work on?

Our team provides health and social services within the community setting, and offers an outreach component to work with vulnerable populations.

As a Health Care Worker, you will assist clients with mental, developmental, and/or physical disabilities to live successfully in the community. You will provide a variety of day-to-day physical, emotional, and social supports, advocacy, life skills assistance, information, resources, and demonstrations to enable independent living within a range of housing options.

Scheduling Information:

Shift types are days, and shift times are from 08:00 to 16:00 hours.
