Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fashion trends and styles, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Perform point-of-sale transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds).
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
