About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at South Camp Enterprises. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify issues and malfunctions
  • Perform repairs and replacements of parts and components of automotive systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure they meet manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Provide customer service and advise on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician at South Camp Enterprises, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
