Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sylvan Lake Pizza Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and ServiceOversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our high quality standards.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare and Submit ReportsCompile and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in food service management.
Personal QualitiesExcellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong team player attitude.
