- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet established quality standards.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet customer requirements.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a commercial bakery environment.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
