Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Ericson Manufacturing Inc. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to understand production requirements
  • Set up and adjust CNC machines to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Verify dimensions of parts using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce parts and components
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in CNC machining and production
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical terminology
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
