Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

This role entails the efficient loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking of parcels. The individual may operate heavy machinery to fulfill these responsibilities. Additional tasks may be assigned in a dynamic work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquires knowledge and effectively implements UPS package handling techniques. Engages in the loading and unloading of UPS parcels into trailers or delivery vehicles.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

Starting hourly wage: $ 17.30/h + *$1.50/h incentive* Maximum hourly rate: $ 25.81/h (subject to probation and a 48-month progression) Estimated work duration: 5 hours daily Educational reimbursement (up to $3000) *conditions may apply Overtime compensation after 5 hours of work.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Capability to lift weights up to 70 lbs./32 kgs. Proficiency in reading and memorizing postal codes Flexibility to work varied shift hours, up to 5 days a week

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday from 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM and Friday from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible)

*Hourly incentive is subject to modification, and UPS Canada reserves the right to alter or terminate the incentive program at any time*
