Barista and Bartender Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista and Bartender to join our team at The Exit Lounge. If you're passionate about crafting exceptional coffee drinks and cocktails, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-quality coffee drinks, cocktails, and other beverages to meet our customers' expectations
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with team members to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista and/or bartender, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and mixology, with a passion for innovation and creativity
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • A passion for quality beverages and creating memorable experiences, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
