Environmental Assessment and Remediation

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Senior Project Leader will supervise projects for a diverse range of clients and will strive to become the primary contact for a designated list of clients.
Oversee a variety of regulatory and due diligence initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their project needs.
- Conduct senior technical reviews of both regulatory and due diligence submissions.
- Develop leadership and mentorship abilities by collaborating with and guiding junior and intermediate staff.
A Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferably Environmental or Earth Sciences) or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science is required.
- Geo. designation is not mandatory but considered beneficial.
- A minimum of years' experience in environmental consulting, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Proficient in conducting and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence, including soil vapour assessments and indoor air quality evaluations.
- Experience in conducting Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments to support the filing of Records of Site Condition in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with invoicing, budgeting, and other aspects of project-related financial management.
- Strong writing capabilities.
