We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Super8 Salmon Arm. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, exceeding their expectations and driving loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize room sales, and improve profitability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
