Electrical Field Service Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor Electrical to join our team. As a Field Supervisor Electrical, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Technicians in delivering exceptional field service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Field Service Technicians in the installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of actuators and associated equipment in customer's plant/site.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the National Service Manager to develop and implement service plans that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with customer site rules, regulations, and working hours.
- Perform work in remote locations, including offshore facilities, as required by customer schedules and contracts.
Requirements:
- Recognized electrical or mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience in a field-based role.
- Valid passport and ability to enter the United States.
- Valid Class 5/Class G driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and shift work as required by customer schedules and contracts.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Technical experience and relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems.
