We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead projects involving multiple teams in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using an agile process.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test tier-1 digital acceleration services
- Uphold operational excellence standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable code
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
