About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Silver Hills Bakery. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the Brand Managers to create and schedule content for our social media programs
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and engage with influencers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the creation of visual content, including photos and videos, to showcase our products and brand
  • Participate in photoshoots and other marketing events as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
