About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at 1011414 BC Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with Mobility: Help patients with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.
  • Administer Medication: Assist patients with taking their medication as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Maintain Patient Records: Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have a strong attention to detail.
