About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Nautical Consulting Group Ltd. as a Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation to support our software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Creation: Develop user manuals, guides, and other documentation to explain the installation, operation, and maintenance of our software and equipment.
  • Content Development: Conduct research to establish factual content and obtain necessary information to support our technical documentation.
  • Editing and Review: Perform copy editing and review of technical documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of documentation projects.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior writers to ensure high-quality documentation.
Work Environment

As a Documentation Specialist at Nautical Consulting Group Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
