About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at BDS Constructions Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to ensure the site is well-maintained.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the site.
