  • Compile estimates for general costs and overheads
  • Generate and present estimate reports, quotation sheets, and bidding documents
  • Provide guidance on bidding processes
  • Oversee and modify contract expenditures as necessary
  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of suppliers and trade contractors
  • Engage and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding modifications and updates to cost estimatesScreening Questions
