Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our customers and staff.
  • Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing regular updates on our operations and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
