Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Co-op Student to join our Software Development team. As a Co-op Student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our Investly application, working on a range of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to software development efforts on the Investly application, including mobile, frontend, and backend components.
  • Coordinate with data stakeholders to develop data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Build and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and architect software solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Learn and understand our software development life cycle and contribute to its improvement.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control software such as Git.
  • Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
