Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to deliver efficient results.
  • Manage time and priorities while delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries.
  • Develop, test, and document Salesforce solutions using Agile and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and plan Salesforce capabilities into solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries.
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or business.
  • Experience with Java and related technologies, preferably Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Components frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management and technical analysis methodologies.
  • An enthusiasm for continuous learning, especially around new technologies, business processes, and technical concepts.
