About the Role

C.F.R Dorchester inc. is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing power equipment and systems, assisting in design, development, and testing, and collaborating with our team to ensure the successful implementation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power equipment and systems
  • Assist in design, development, and testing
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project implementation
  • Calibrate electronic equipment and instruments
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Participate in research and development teams to design and develop experimental, industrial, or medical equipment, instrumentation, and procedures
Requirements
  • Certified Computing Professional (CCP)
  • Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)
  • Programming languages
  • Computer-aided design (CAD)
  • AutoCAD
  • Autodesk REVIT
  • Robotic process automation
