*NEW WAGE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024: $ per hour + shift premiums + bonuses

Work Schedule:

  • Bi-weekly rotating shifts
  • Straight midnight shifts

Monday to Friday – (2 weeks on days – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM/7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2 weeks on afternoons – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM/3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Thursday to Sunday – (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Position Summary: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for essential tasks including receiving incoming materials, organizing components in designated storage areas, supplying production lines with necessary parts, and transporting finished products to shipping areas. Your duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading materials, ensuring organized stacking for future use
  • Verifying product loads for accuracy and safely maneuvering items within the warehouse
  • Managing material flow in and out of racking systems and shipping trailers
  • Providing components to production lines and moving finished goods to shipping locations

Qualifications:

  • Prior forklift training and a clean driving record
  • Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting production standards safely and efficiently
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and bar scanning technology

Important Note: All candidates with a valid Forklift License must complete and pass our in-house Forklift Training, which includes both theoretical and practical assessments.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing plant setting
  • Potential exposure to dust, odors, noise, and other environmental factors
